Shaun from Sales was fantastic to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about Lincoln products. He was a textbook worth of knowledge and sold me after looking at a ton of different brands and cars incredibly knowledgeable about Lincoln products. He stayed late with me to close the deal and made the minor touch ups and clean ups seamless. 10/10 would buy from him again. Service was also very friendly- they took care of every concern I had and anything that was wrong after the new purchase they fixed no questions- ifs and or buts. They were honest and did the right thing every step of the way. Thats hard to find! Finance: I cant find the staff member who did my financing listed he was the only rude person we encountered. He had to stay late to finish the deal and despite me apologizing for keeping him late he made it clear we were ruining his plans and he didn't want to be there. I understand it sucked but we were purchasing a fully loaded lincoln and did the time that worked for us- PLUS we apologized. More
