Stopped Friday to check out the Captiva. Was told by Mark that it was coming in the following week when new vehicle arrived and was assured he would call as soon as it came in. Offered to put money down to hold, etc. but was told it was not possible. Checked website today and noticed it now had photos so messaged Mark that I would stop in later and he said he would be able to move car off the lot for later. Again, asked if I could put money down and was told no. I then decided to come down right away, messaged Mark and he said someone was test driving. 5 minutes later it was apparently sold. Talked to sales manager, he gave a slightly different story on availability. Told him again I would have purchased sight unseen, he said who would do that? CarMax, Carvana, many online dealers sell that way. Car still shows as available online. Very unprofessional overall - super shady. Definitely would not recommend. More

Buying a new car in today's market is not an easy task. There have been supply chain issues to contend with as with micro chip shortages and a lack of new cars in general. We wanted a new Corolla Cross H There have been supply chain issues to contend with as with micro chip shortages and a lack of new cars in general. We wanted a new Corolla Cross Hybrid in a specific color knowing we would have to wait. We shopped at different Toyota dealerships and we felt Zeigler Toyota in Racine provided our best choice. We truly believe Mark Stockton was the key for our decision to select Zeigler. We worked out the exact car we wanted, color, options and price. We knew it was going to take a few weeks for a delivery, and Mark kept us informed with the progress. We took delivery on February 9th and Mark was there to review the features of the car without hesitation. There is so much to review with new cars today in comparison to the 2008 Prius we bought new and just retired., It can be a little intimidating, but we were comfortable with Mark's assistance. I recommend Mark Stockton if you are looking for a Toyota product. More
