I'm 66 years old and by far Mia is the most gracious, honest, straight-forward, efficient sales representative from an auto dealership that I've ever met during my lifetime. We previously purchased a Subaru Forester and received the same, consistent approach from Mia. Due to my recent disability and loss of income she assisted us with lowering our payment to meet our budget requirements. Mia is superb enough at her job that she should be considered a standard for excellence within her profession. In addition, we met with Mark Thomas, Finance Manager for the first time. Mark also has a down-to-earth, gracious and honest approach with a wealth of knowledge that prompted him to assist us with additional cost avoidance on our payment and additional value-added services at minimum cost to us.
