I went to Pete Moore yesterday to buy a 2013 Golf. Mark meet me and my family when we arrived. He was vary pleasant for the beginning even though the weather was horrible. Mark suggest we look at the used cars for because it was a better value. We did not see any thing we liked. He took us over to the new lot and showed us the new golfs they had in stock. He was vary knowledgable about the golf. We took it out for a test drive and mark explained all the advantages of buying a Volkswagen. We returned to the car lot and mark asked if we had thought about a jetta. I had not but was willing to look at them. Mark pulled up in the last jetta TDI on the lot. We took it for a test drive and again mark explain the differences between the two cars. He convinced me the jetta was a better value for me and my family. I now wanted the jetta but i did not like the light interior color of the car. I have 2 kids and they would trash it. Mark worked hard to find a car that i liked. He came back with a 2012 jetta TDI what had been used for a dealer courtesy car. It only had 4900 miles on it and it had a lot more features than the other two cars. Mark and I sat down and his desk and did all the paper work. We meet the finance officer and she ran the numbers. At first i was not thrilled about whats she was offering and i counter offered $1000 less. I was turned down and mark was concerned about me not getting the car. We got up and were ready to leave and the head finance offer smartly remarks "whats a $1000 to you". I told him I don't know but your the numbers guy. I could see on his face he did not like that answer. But i was there to get the best deal possible for my dollar. He said fine and came back to a price i could agree on. We finish up the paper work with the finanace officer and we also added the basic service plan which brought us back to the starting price. While the car was being prepared for me to take it home, Mark went over everything again and made sure that all my questions were answered. I have played the car buying game 10 plus times and i can say with out a doubt that Pete Moore Volkswagen and Mark Torelli have been the friendliest to deal with. It usually takes me at least a week to buy a car and we had the deal done in under 2 hours. More

Pete Moore Volkswagen is, hands down, the best dealership in Pensacola. I first visited this dealership almost 2 years ago when my wife and I were looking to trade in her gas guzzling Tahoe for a Tiguan. Thi in Pensacola. I first visited this dealership almost 2 years ago when my wife and I were looking to trade in her gas guzzling Tahoe for a Tiguan. This was when we first met Mark Torelli. Unlike other dealerships in the area we had visited earlier that day, we never felt pressured or rushed, and our questions were all answered honestly. We felt like he truly wanted to help us purchase the right vehicle for us, not just sell us something to make a buck. The great service we received that day is what brought me back a second time to compare the Passat and Jetta TDI's. The dealer that initially greeted us showed us a couple of different vehicles that fit what we were looking for. He never tried to sell us anything which was refreshing. He simply showed us what he thought we were wanting to take a look at and answered any questions we had. I had mentioned we bought my wife's Tiguan from Pete Moore and came back because of the great service. He found out we had worked with Mark and went in to get him, as it's their policy to do so. This was fine with us since he was great to work with the last time. Once again we received great service from Mark. He showed me what I went in to look at, as well as gave me options I hadn't thought about. I ended up getting a brand new 2013 Jetta TDI for the price of the used ones I had went in to look at, as they were trying to off load the last couple 2013's. I hadn't even thought that would be an option. Mark always seemed to have our best interest in mind and didn't try and convince us to get something we didn't want or need. Kim handled our financing and was incredibly patient with my wife and I as we crunched all the numbers to decide what kind of payment we wanted to pay, and what kind of extended warranty would be best. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Pete Moore in the last 10 years. As some of the faces have changed the service given by the team never has. I have been privileged to have received excellent customer service from every member of the team that I have made contact with. The staff from the moment I stepped foot on the lot greeted my wife and myself with a smile and a cheerful disposition. Mark Torelli was an absolute pleasure to work with and I thank him for making my car buying experience an absolute pleasure. We could not find a car that we wanted in our price range when we originally came to the dealership but Mark kept in contact with me through texts and when we found one he thought met my list of wants and needs he called us up and the next day we had purchased a vehicle. Our negotiation was easy nothing short of easy. We got a quality car at a fair price and even though it was bought AS IS the sunroof went out on our final test drive and they fixed it at their cost because we had already agreed on a price. That is going above and beyond what had to be done to make sure the customer was taken care of and for that reason when our daughter turns 16 in 3 years the first place I will come to look at cars will be Pete Moore. I can only hope that Mark Torelli is still a member of your quality team at that point. More

We had to trade in our lease due to a new job that would have exceded our max milage in a year. We traded in a VW Beetle for a Jetta TDI. Jeff gave us a great trade in and Mark helpd us in deciding on the best vehicle for our needs. Mark showed us our options when it came to trading in the lease and it was hassle free. Mark was not pushy and didn't rush us in making a decision. We believe we were treated fair and got a great new car in the process. We would recommend Pete Moore and their employees for helping with buying a new/used car. More
