They even offered to let me take the car home overnight to make sure it was a fit with me. After the test drive, I told them I wanted to think about it for a few days and let them know. It was nice during those few days of thinking not to be bombarded with "are you going to buy it?" calls. When I let Mark know I was ready to purchase, the car was ready and detailed, their offer was within a $100 of mine and the finance department was able to beat the interest rate on the loan I had already secured. Mark stepped me through the various features of the car and has remained in contact to make sure I'm happy with the purchase. I would recommend Pete Moore VW for your next purchase. I felt like they were genuinely concerned about what I wanted and not just trying to sell another car. More

An overall excellent experience. The only real issue I had was the distance I had to travel, but dealing with a number of former military (or military affiliated) persons with assistance and professionali had was the distance I had to travel, but dealing with a number of former military (or military affiliated) persons with assistance and professionalism of this caliber it was well worth the hike. Mark worked with me on even the most minute problems/ details and is extending the assistance beyond the sale. As for the 4/5 stars on pricing, I don't think anyone is ever comfortable finalizing, but again I was able to work painlessly with Mark and Danny to find a figure that worked for both parties. Aaron handled the final portion of the sale professionally and had an extensive knowledge of the whole process and was very helpful throughout. More

My husband and I were in the process of looking around at options as we were not happy with our current vehicle.
