Jordan my sales man and Mark Wenc manager made the whole experience of buying a car, a breeze. Unlike a few other dealerships, I went to, Jordan was not pushing. He listened to exactly what we were looking experience of buying a car, a breeze. Unlike a few other dealerships, I went to, Jordan was not pushing. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and found a perfect car for us. We took it for a test drive and started working on numbers. The information was presented in such way that it was very easy to understand and very clear of what it is that we are paying for and how much everything is. There was no hustling us or rushing us to make a decision he gave us ample time to review the numbers amongst ourselves and reached an informed decision. Together with Mark we were able to finalize the deal at the price that makes me a very happy customer and I will be returning to the dealership in the future for sure even though it’s almost 30 miles away from my house. I will recommend Napleton‘s Valley Hyundai dealership and working with Jordan and Mark in particular to all my friends. More

Bought a used car and our sales person, Batoul was so kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were ne kind. When we went to pick up the car and BUY it, we discovered the used car rep attached a lowjack and attached it to the price of the. we were never made aware that they were attaching this to the car. Eventually the used car manager agreed to take price off and give us a year of service. When we arrived at the dealership and had given them the check, the manager again tried to tell us that we could pay $400 for the "free" year of service or we can schedule another trip to the dealer to have the lowjack removed. This dealer is an hour from our house. We were extremely mad because had they explained that we can have the low jack removed we would have come the nextorning to buy the car once the low jack was removed. After my husband and I were ready to take our check back and walk away, did they agree that we did not need to have the low jack removed. I found the fact that they installed something and then tried to con us into paying for it shady. More
