The best experience at a car dealership. On the 1st day, we were received by Eric Goddard. He was extremely patient with us. We test drove Ionic9, Ionic6, Ionic5, and Pallisade. He was smill On the 1st day, we were received by Eric Goddard. He was extremely patient with us. We test drove Ionic9, Ionic6, Ionic5, and Pallisade. He was smilling all the time and answered all our questions patiently. He was the reason we visited the showroom the second time to finalize our purchase. However, he was busy with another customer and we met Dillon Strack. He was equally nice and patiently answered all our questions. We test drove the Ionic9 again - just to make sure we investing well. We loved the vehicle. After spending 5-6 hrs at the dealership, and having innumerable conversations with the Manager Mark, and negotiating the price and accessories, we came home with our new vehicle. We love it. And we truly had a great experience at the dealership. Thank you - Eric, Dillon and Mark. More

I purchased a used 2021 Audi SQ5 from this dealership. Within 15 days and fewer than 500 miles, the vehicle developed a water pump / cooling system issue, which was confirmed by independent repair shops, Within 15 days and fewer than 500 miles, the vehicle developed a water pump / cooling system issue, which was confirmed by independent repair shops, including Audi(roughly $7K repair) I notified the dealership immediately and requested that the vehicle be repaired(as required by Illinois law). After delays, the dealership stated they would only perform the repair if I first signed a “General Release of Claims” waiving past, present, and future claims and agreeing to confidentiality and non-disparagement terms. I explained that requiring this in order to perform the repair was not permitted under Illinois law, but I was told that if I believed that to be the case, I should take the matter to court. Because the dealership refused to perform the repair without signing that document, I opened a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. While this process is ongoing, I am currently without a vehicle and the dealership has not offered assistance or an alternative solution. I am confident this situation will ultimately be resolved in my favor, but in the meantime I am left without transportation & paying a car note for a car I cannot use. I am sharing this experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. More

I was called in for an B1 service. that i was told I had two left on my warranty and no end date was mentioned. When I arrived they hurried to sell me the B1 service for $139.00 and tw that i was told I had two left on my warranty and no end date was mentioned. When I arrived they hurried to sell me the B1 service for $139.00 and two of them fkr $200.00. The service at Valley Hyundai has been nothing but underhanded to say the least from the initial sale of the car, bad tires, and they somehow my interest rate got changed from 4.x% to 6.5%. I wouldn't recommend Ed Napleton's Valley Hyundai to anyone. They lied about the sales transaction, the tires they changed, and the B1 service. They are nothing but professional fishermen that lure you end. I will never do business with any Ed Napleton "Valley Hyundai" or otherwise. I put this out there...if you ever get that "feeling", trust your gut. More
