Our experience at this dealership was very pleasant, thanks mainly to Mr. Wafi Akbary (aka A.W). It was a particularly busy day for Mr. Wafi but he made sure while we waiting for him to be done with his customers, that we have a test drive and look at other cars freely. Afterwards, he was very honest and forthcoming about the particular car we were interested in. He gave us both pluses and minuses so we felt we could trust him. He stayed very courteous throughout the purchase process (which can be long due to the amount of paperwork) and stayed long after rest of his colleagues were gone to make sure we drove home that day with the car we had bought. Overall experience was great. I'd be happy to recommend friends and family to him and the next time I need to buy a car, I know where to go. More

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic that I had found on Cars.com in January 2014. I drove from Richmond to Fredericksburg to look at the car and again to purchase the car. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful, honest and friendly. They let you browse the lot without hovering over you and they put no pressure on me whatsoever, which is a welcome change from previous dealerships I have been to. When I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed inside and out and look immaculate! They made the paperwork process painless and explained everything to me. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and they also fixed any issues I had found; no questions asked. I have had the car just over a month and I haven't had a single issue with it. I would recommend AMS to anyone looking for a car. Well worth the drive for the excellent customer service. More

I was looking for a Chevy Camaro and was planning on going to Carmax when I found this place on the internet, I found a Camaro here with a cheaper pricetag than even that of Carmax. I called and inquired about the car as I am a couple hours drive away and I spoke to AW aka Wafy Akbari, I made plans to go down and see the car, AW was very courteous and professional, making sure I had the directions and following up with me every step of the way. I drove down the following day and was met by AW who showed me the car, Everything was seamless, prompt, and courteous. We were given a great welcome by all the staff there, AW was very friendly and we decided to get the car and paperwork went very quickly, All in all they checked back later to make sure I was satisfied with everything. From my first interest call, AW or Wafi was there to answer any and all questions I had without being too pushy about getting a sale. I had been in the car buying market for a while and truly felt like a valued customer with Alpha Motorsports even after I drove off of the lot. The paperwork process was quick and efficient and I was even picked up from the local train station. AW was a knowledgeable and courteous sales representative and as a solo, out of state car buyer made my car buying process rather seamless. I had a great experience buying my new used car. I went in to get the 350 2010 Lexus. I didn't like it and AW found me another car which I love. I bought a 2011 infiniti. We visited this dealership because we had found a car online, however, when we arrived the car had been sold 40 minutes earlier. No worries, though, because there were many other cars on the lot.
