I originally found the car I wanted on line and sent an email to check on it's availability. I heard back from AW immediately. I was leaving to go out of town for a week--so AW indicated he would keep me posted on the car's status. I checked in via email with AW a few times during the week and he was always very quick to respond to my questions (within 10 minutes). Once I returned back in town I headed to Alpha Motorsports to see the car. The car was exactly what they said it was and after the test drive, I decided it was exactly what I wanted too. The entire process was very efficient and I will definitely be back to buy our future vehicles. I have already told many people in my workplace about Alpha Motorsports for when they need to purchase a vehicle. AW was great for the sale and I then worked with Noor on the financing. Again, I wish all of my car buying experiences had been this wonderful. More

HOWEVER, I will say I had the absolute best experience buying a car from AW at Alpha Motors. I live in Chicago and looked all over the country for a particular sports car. On the internet, I finally found the car I wanted at Alpha motors. After weeks of speaking with AW, I decided to fly to Virginia and buy Alpha’s car sight unseen. I had the utmost confidence in AW, who was respectful, informative, HONEST, and helpful. He understood that I am an idiosyncratic buyer and also very cautious. He went far beyond what was required for the deal and even checked on me days after my purchase to make sure I was happy. I even told AW he should contact me if his family is ever in Chicago. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again. Be sure to ask for AW. More

I first spoke to AW on the phone - I think it is important to mention that I called during a huge snow storm not expecting to get a hold of anyone but long behold AW was working and was able to answer a bunch of my questions. The next week my husband and I drove the 3hr+ to Stafford, VA to meet with AW and test drive cars. He was a very friendly, well informed salesman. One of the things I appreciated most about AW is that he answered my questions and treated me with a lot of respect. As a woman purchasing a car, that was very important to me. Just the week before my husband and I went to a Lexus dealership and I was completely ignored while my husband (who was not buying the car) was treated like an A+ customer. To be honest we were really nervous buying the 2011 Lexus RX 350 because it seemed too good to be true. The listed price was less than the trade in value for that same care on KBB. However, we were in a pinch, and AW was very reassuring, so we took a leap of faith and bought the car. With a lot of nerves we brought the car back to our mechanic in Maryland who inspected the car himself. He couldn't believe what a phenomenal deal we got on this car. He said it was in perfect condition. We would recommend AW and Alpha Motorsports to any of our friends looking to buy a car. I will definitely be back to AW for future vehicles. Our experience at this dealership was very pleasant, thanks mainly to Mr. Wafi Akbary (aka A.W). It was a particularly busy day for Mr. Wafi but he made sure while we waiting for him to be done with his customers, that we have a test drive and look at other cars freely. Afterwards, he was very honest and forthcoming about the particular car we were interested in. He gave us both pluses and minuses so we felt we could trust him. He stayed very courteous throughout the purchase process (which can be long due to the amount of paperwork) and stayed long after rest of his colleagues were gone to make sure we drove home that day with the car we had bought. Overall experience was great. I'd be happy to recommend friends and family to him and the next time I need to buy a car, I know where to go. More

I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic that I had found on Cars.com in January 2014. I drove from Richmond to Fredericksburg to look at the car and again to purchase the car. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful, honest and friendly. They let you browse the lot without hovering over you and they put no pressure on me whatsoever, which is a welcome change from previous dealerships I have been to. When I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed inside and out and look immaculate! They made the paperwork process painless and explained everything to me. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and they also fixed any issues I had found; no questions asked. I have had the car just over a month and I haven't had a single issue with it. I would recommend AMS to anyone looking for a car. Well worth the drive for the excellent customer service. More

I was looking for a Chevy Camaro and was planning on going to Carmax when I found this place on the internet, I found a Camaro here with a cheaper pricetag than even that of Carmax. I called and inquired about the car as I am a couple hours drive away and I spoke to AW aka Wafy Akbari, I made plans to go down and see the car, AW was very courteous and professional, making sure I had the directions and following up with me every step of the way. I drove down the following day and was met by AW who showed me the car, Everything was seamless, prompt, and courteous. We were given a great welcome by all the staff there, AW was very friendly and we decided to get the car and paperwork went very quickly, All in all they checked back later to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I would hightly recommend Alpha Motorsports to anyone looking for a high end car or SUV, they will make you feel most welcomed as they did me. From my first interest call, AW or Wafi was there to answer any and all questions I had without being too pushy about getting a sale. I had been in the car buying market for a while and truly felt like a valued customer with Alpha Motorsports even after I drove off of the lot. The paperwork process was quick and efficient and I was even picked up from the local train station. AW was a knowledgeable and courteous sales representative and as a solo, out of state car buyer made my car buying process rather seamless.
