I sent an email asking about the availability of the car, and a gentlemen by the name of Wafy contacted me shortly after. we spoke for a minute or two on the phone, mostly me asking questions and he answering them. We scheduled a day and time for me to come look at the car, but then a day later i had to reschedule for the weekend(which was about 3 days longer). The type of car I was interested in with the type of package included are rare to come accross. Therefore I asked him if he could please hold onto that car for a few more days. He assured me that he would not only hold it until i came to see it, but that it would also be cleaned and detailed when i arrive. He did not dissapoint. Once I made the decision to purchase the car the paperwork didnt take long at all either. I was in and out!
One thing i forgot to mention, due to my busy schedule, most of our communication was through text and email and he still took me as serious as any other potential buyer. There was never any pressure put on by the dealership at any point, and i think its because they have a lot full of very nice vehicles with very fair prices. The cars and prices set on them sells itself. I actually enjoyed doing business with them and will certainly be back when it is time to purchase another car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and ask for Wafy as your sales person!

Our number 1 priority is to keep every customer happy and satisfied with their transaction. I saw the text messages between you and Wafi and Wafi never agreed to pay you $11K for your trade. He said the following things regarding your trade. "Depending test drie & condition because I nthis area escape is not good seller and also we need test drive it about transmission worry me. Anyway I'll see you sat." can you please let me know what proof you got that he told you that we will pay you $11K. Wafi told me that your car had paint job all over the vehicle and based on the KBB fair trade-in value your espae worth $9,200. Please let me know if we can resolve this issue privately because once the review goes public than we have to make everything public as well, since you initiated the complaint. I will be waiting to hear from you ASAP and I will do my best to change your experience about our dealership.

I understand but he never mentioned or promised you the exact $ amount for your trade and the fair KBB trade-in value was around $9,300 and your car had paint job all over the vehicle. We don't rely solely on Carfax, if the accident is not reported to police than Carfax will not show that. Well, lets resolve this issue so both parties are satisfied. I will talk with my accounting department and if I can get them to send you a check for $150.00, which should cover your time and gas, would you be happy to delete your rating or change it to at least 3-4 star?

His text earlier read "whatever you see trade in value I use the the same upon test drive & your car condition fair, good, very good." Even if you say my car was fair, which in the definition from KBB includes visual rust, and major mechanical problems, which my car did not, the value was 10,600. Wafi offered me $8000, which is ridiculous, especially when he referenced looking at auction numbers, but wait he said he used KBB. Waif says it was in an accident, even though it had a clean Carfax. Also, he said the exterior was in really good shape, 3 major dents and scratches,while also being in an accident doesn't constitute really good shape.

This does not include the 7 hour drive each way, nor the mileage on my car. This comes to a total of $233
