I have bought Rovers from Peretti for many years—an LR4, a Range Rover Sport, a Range Rover and a Discovery. This recent one, a V8 Range Rover, was the only one I didn’t buy locally bc there was no stock…an a Range Rover Sport, a Range Rover and a Discovery. This recent one, a V8 Range Rover, was the only one I didn’t buy locally bc there was no stock…and I have had a little trouble! Yet, even though I got my Rover out of Atlanta, this dealership has gone above and beyond to help me get my car back to right! Marlen has been so wonderful—so helpful and easy to work with, and just has gone above what I expected. Also, the other ladies who’ve talked with me about my services I have been so down to earth and just a pleasure. They text before I even ask most of the time, and I know the service dept is jammed with cars. Such a good team. Just yesterday I was telling my dad about how kind this dealership has been even though this current rover wasn’t purchased from them and he said, next time, just wait if they are low stock and never buy out of state again, lol. I agreed. When I turn this one in, no doubt, I’m only buying my Rovers local…bc of the service dept. So impressed. Really. Thanks Marlen! More

I waited over a month to get an appointment in June. Car making squeaking noise under hood. Two days before the appointment I was contacted stating they had to cancel my appointment because they had ove Car making squeaking noise under hood. Two days before the appointment I was contacted stating they had to cancel my appointment because they had over 100 cars sitting in the lot that had not been serviced and that my car would sit. They told me the only way to get my car seen quick was to have my car towed in. My car was drivable so why would I pay to have it towed in. They told me the next appointment was not until two more months out (Aug). I asked what was the recommendation since my car was squeaking and was under warranty. I was told I could bring it somewhere else because the next appointment was two months out. I try to get all services through the dealer and felt if I took it somewhere else and something happened my warranty would not cover because it was not Land Rover parts. Eventually, several lights came on while waiting for the two month away appointment. I had the car towed in. I asked for a loaner car and was told they did not have any and Entreprise Rental (the one they deal with) did not have any. I was told to call back in 4 days to see if anyone returned one. I was supposed to go 4 days without a car. After me fussing I received a call they miraculously found a rental at Enterprise. I have a Range Rover SUV. I was told they would only pay for a Nissan Altima. I spoke with the LR Service Manager Craig who told me they would not pay for a car that was compatible to my SUV and I had to take the smaller car or pay for an upgrade myself. The next unprofessional issue was everything was by text. No one called to explain what happened to my car I was only sent a price list with what was needed. I had to take it upon myself to research the parts listed to find out what was the issues with my car. Better service would have been for a technician to call me to explain what was found wrong with the car and explain what parts needed to be replaced and their functions. Marlen did immediately respond to all text messages to answer some of my questions. I have had ongoing issues with this particular service department. The worse was when a rat ate through my backseat while my car was in for service. This was not this appointment and happened about a year or so ago. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to my house and I continue to have ongoing issues. I am at the point of just wanting to get rid of my car due to service department issues. More
