I have been in Dealership automotive repair industry for 28 years and blessed to become a part of the Mercedes-Benz of Okc team since October of 2015. I am "Nana" to 10 amazing grand kids that are the loves of my life. I love to read, paint, and decorate. I love helping people and have a very positive, tender heart for others. I take care of the Mercedes Cars, SUVs and Sprinter Commercial Vans and Motor homes. I absolutely love my customers and taking care of all of their service and repair needs. Took great care of me I ran over a huge nail a few Saturdays ago and knew I needed to get it handled quickly. I immediately called MBOKC. They had the right tire in stock a I ran over a huge nail a few Saturdays ago and knew I needed to get it handled quickly. I immediately called MBOKC. They had the right tire in stock and told me to come on in. Unfortunately the tire didn’t last all the way, but MB roadside assistance sent a flatbed trailer to take me the last mile. The staff at the dealership took excellent care of me and the car. It was fast and reasonably priced. To boot, the waiting area was very nice and I love the complimentary car wash. More

Seat Belt Recall I live 250 miles plus from the MB Dealership, in Oklahoma City, so I had called two closer dealerships, to take care, of the seat belt recall, none o I live 250 miles plus from the MB Dealership, in Oklahoma City, so I had called two closer dealerships, to take care, of the seat belt recall, none of them wanted to do the recall. When I called the Oklahoma City dealer, Marlena, was very pleasant and made an appointment, for me. On the scheduled day, for repair, I arrived 20 minutes early and work was started immediately. Marlena took us into lounge area and showed us drinks and snacks. She said it would take 3-4 hours, the job was complete in 3 hours. I couldn’t be more pleased, the service department is well organized and makes you feel like it’s an honor to work on your vehicle. Everyone we encountered spoke to us and ask if we needed help and when we told them we were having our van serviced, they thanked us for being there. A GREAT DEALERSHIP, THAT APPEARS THAT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE ON SAME PAGE. More

Saved my cross-country trip! When I had wheel sensor issues while traveling from Pennsylvania to Arizona I was concerned about going across the continental divide with a Sprinter When I had wheel sensor issues while traveling from Pennsylvania to Arizona I was concerned about going across the continental divide with a Sprinter van and no ABS or ESP. I called in to Oklahoma City Mercedes-Benz and Marlenea, the service representative assured me they could help. I was 6 hours away and she fit me in for the afternoon. As soon as I got there, the service tech, Paul, strated right away and he made sure everything was right before getting my van back on the road. I am so thankful for their help. They really gave me peace of mind about my vehicle. I wish their dealership was closer to where I live because I would gladly go there again. More

Great experience I could not have been any more pleased with the service from your team. I was driving a relativity new RV cross country when the power steering sudden I could not have been any more pleased with the service from your team. I was driving a relativity new RV cross country when the power steering suddenly went out. After a tow-in from the MB Service Call Center I spent the night in my camper on the lot. Your advisor, Marlenea continued to check in with me on my cell long after the dealership closed to make sure I had arrived. She even suggested I be dropped off under the tents as a hail storm was expected and I had solar panels on the roof. I was ushered in first thing the following morning and Paul immediately saw the problem. All it was was a loose hose and I was on the road in about an hour. I am not real happy that MB apparently knew this was an issue and the problem could have been avoided by an advance recall notice, I was very pleased with the way the problem was resolved however. I could not have been any happier with the attention paid to my situation and felt that this event could be used as a model for exceptional customer service. Driving a RV cross county can cause anxiety but this problem was quickly resolved to my upmost satisfaction. You have exceptional staff with Marlena and Paul and please thank them again for me. More

Sprinter with wire wrapped around axle The Mercedes Benz service team were amazing! I had my Sprinter van towed in on 11/19/18 and they got it back to me on 2/1/19. I didn't think they w The Mercedes Benz service team were amazing! I had my Sprinter van towed in on 11/19/18 and they got it back to me on 2/1/19. I didn't think they were going to be able to do it but with the right parts it was good to go. Marlena kept me informed throughout the process and was very knowledgable about what was going on. The biggest delay was waiting on the part from Germany. More
