Marque went above and beyond to get our vehicle registered so we could pick up the vehicle when he has promised. This was my first experience buying a car and it was better than I could have hoped for! I came across this dealership because I was looking to replace my 2003 Toyota Corolla with a newer model of the better than I could have hoped for! I came across this dealership because I was looking to replace my 2003 Toyota Corolla with a newer model of the exact same thing (down to the color) and Herb Chambers had one of the best prices I could find online. Marque was awesome throughout the whole process and went above and beyond my expectations. Because I was driving about 2 hours from Maine, he made sure everything was set up and ready to go to make the experience as smooth as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. There had been a discrepancy on the internet price -- I had seen the car (mistakenly) listed for a couple thousand less than it was supposed to be -- and Marque honored the price that I had found online for me. A few days after I purchased the car, I discovered that there was a small problem with one of the back speakers that I unfortunately didn't notice at the dealership because I never turned the radio on. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Auburn to have this fixed, Marque offered to write me a check for the repair cost to the speakers, which I was thrilled about because everything else about the car was perfect! Marque is a really honest, patient, and friendly guy and I would 100% make the two hour drive back to Auburn to buy my next car from him! Definitely changed my opinion about car dealers. Thank you! Whenever I go in for service, he always asks how I'm doing, and if I still love my car (yes!). Also, Martin Dodd usually handles my services, and he's always very friendly and helpful as well. There was no pressure for me to make a decision, but once I did Marque worked to get all the paper work done quickly. A few days later when I went to pick up my new car Marque worked to makes sure it was ready as quickly as possible, even putting the plates on himself. I was thrilled as I left the parking lot of Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn and headed east on the Mass. Turnpike. I could have shopped at many other Toyota Dealerships, but chose Herb Chambers because of th Toyota of Auburn and headed east on the Mass. Turnpike. I could have shopped at many other Toyota Dealerships, but chose Herb Chambers because of the genuine warmth and friendliness that my family had received in the past. I'm delighted to say "It's still there." From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with friendly smiles, care and respect. Making a decision to get a new car can be difficult. The consumer has so many options. After doing some research ahead of time on the Herb Chambers Toyota website, Marque helped me evaluate the pros and cons to my final two. He was with me each step along the way to offer information and advice. He helped me feel good about my final decision. My car was ready as promised, with Marque once again greeting me as I entered the parking lot. He took the time to explain the features and operating instructions for my car and, although he's probably given the same tour thousands of times, was enthusiastic to share each one. He made me feel special on my special day. There are many dealers who will gladly sell you a car. I'm thankful that there is at least one that will make you feel good while you do it. More
