It was a pleasure dealing with Manny. I was mentally prepared to deal with a "high pressure" sales attempt. Not so with Manny. He was very easy to deal with. My experience at Malouf Chevy was excellent! Marques was a very kind and easy going salesman. At no point did I feel pressured or forced into anything I didn’t want to do. Kevin Szelag the financial guy was a very kind and easy going salesman. At no point did I feel pressured or forced into anything I didn’t want to do. Kevin Szelag the financial guy was awesome!!! Hassle free paper work and very clearly explained ever part of my contract, interest rates, etc. My reason for four stars versus five was because of the missing inspection sticker. Granted I did not notice it was missing until I was halfway home, but I was a bit annoyed there was no inspection sticker on the windshield. Thanks to carfax I could see the previous owner had it inspected in October of 2020, but I was still confused why the sticker was missing in the first place. Now I need to take the truck get inspected on my own time so it has a sticker again. More
