I’m giving 5 stars because up until now my experience has been excellent. I recently dealt with Kasey Armstrong this time. He was the sales person I dealt with. He was not knowledgeable of his vehicles but w been excellent. I recently dealt with Kasey Armstrong this time. He was the sales person I dealt with. He was not knowledgeable of his vehicles but was very sneaky in down grading my vehicle. I traded in a 2019 Nissan Rogue with dual air, remote start, keyless entry for a 2021 basic Rogue. He brought the car already running so I didn’t know it was not remote smh he said it had GPS and fog lights. He flat out lied. I will NEVER do business with him again. Yes I traded my car. I regret to the max. By the way he told me to bring the car back and he would activate or show me how to activate the fog lights when I got there he didn’t even have the nerve to be there. Never again. More

Absolutely Blown Away!! I NEVER leave reviews of businesses that I interact with, but Baker Nissan left me feeling compelled to do so. A few days ago, I went to Baker Nissan I NEVER leave reviews of businesses that I interact with, but Baker Nissan left me feeling compelled to do so. A few days ago, I went to Baker Nissan to pick up my dad whose 2017 Titan was being serviced. Just for fun before lunch, we looked at 2018 Titans for me. I was approached my a young salesman named Austin who was happy to help, but we told him we weren’t buying and just looking. He respected that, but made himself available to answer any questions either way. We were also visited by Frank, who worked very hard to show us that the dealership could get me into a new Titan even tho I had concerns about my credit score. There was no ‘haggling’ back and forth. I got a fair offer on my F150 quickly - and that gave me some clues about how the rest of my experience was going to unfold. Once I felt like it was a realistic possibility, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. From there, I was treated exceptionally well by the finance manager Effran Bryant. He made the paperwork so simple and enjoyable - which was a first for me! Absolutely no pressure to buy additional warranties and made things easy to understand. I then met with Diane Ellis who offered to help me understand the functionality of my new truck. When there was a misunderstanding on one piece of technology that I was excited to use, Diane went WAY beyond the requisite effort and got it corrected in a major way! I was also assisted by Marquess Smith (another salesperson) who was very professional and made me feel like the most important customer that Baker Nissan had! I had an opportunity to speak with one of the owners, Brad Baker, about my experience. I will tell you what I told him. ‘Thank you. I’ve never been treated so well and I’ve done nothing to deserve it. Your team from top to bottom made me feel welcomed and made the car buying experience what it should always be - fun.’ I can honestly say I’ve NEVER been treated like family at a car dealership. Once you experience that, there’s no need to go looking anywhere else for your next vehicle! Go see any of these people at Baker Nissan. I guarantee you’ll be glad you did!! -Trae P. More

Through the ups, downs and vehicle protection programs, the test drive, marketing, and negotiations were all handled with care, concern, and expertise. Their communication, style, and diplomacy was clear, concise and polite, they were at all times honest and respectful as they worked together to try and help me with the purchasing of the right car for me. I'm new to the state of TX and the Edwards, Smith team made the burden of purchasing a vehicle easy and light. I would definitely recommend and call on them again for all my vehicle transactions. Horrible I went to the dealership to get a buyers order cause my credit union already approved me first a loan. The sales person Derrick Shaw went on and on a I went to the dealership to get a buyers order cause my credit union already approved me first a loan. The sales person Derrick Shaw went on and on about he could get me a cheaper rate and I had 72 hours to change my mind and go with my credit union. I believe him and sign the contract. Needless to say he did not tell me the truth. This was my first time buying a car and he has made my experience horrible. Baker Nissan is suppose to be one of the top dealership but don't be fool by them. Do not trust anyone there. All they care about us commission, not customer. If you are looking to get a new car go to another dealer. More

I liked the service I received then so I want back there for my new vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality of customer care that I received from everyone at the dealership. A Life Changing Experience. For months My sales rep Marquess had been marketing and we had a conversation about me buying my daughter a car. I explained to him that because of cr For months My sales rep Marquess had been marketing and we had a conversation about me buying my daughter a car. I explained to him that because of credit and life circumstances I didn't think we could have got approved for a "new" car. So fast forward nine months later I called him and said that we wanted to come and look. We went only to get a feel and perhaps "try". Well Mr. Smith made us feel welcome and he asked us questions and showed us the Altima. My daughter then said she wanted something more suitable for her budget. We were shown the 2014 Sentra. It only had 10 miles on it. We filled out the paper work to get financing and they didn't stop until they found us the best rate. I was treated fairly and with great respect by all of the Baker Nissan employees that I encountered. The process was made easy and most of all we were treated like valued customers. We only went to one dealership when looking to make our current car purchase. A process we assumed would take us to several dealerships. Baker Nissan was a one stop shop. We are proud to be part of the NIssan Family. More
