I took my 2023 Nissan Rogue SV to Baker Nissan for a scheduled oil change. It was discovered that there was an issue with the oil pan screw and Edgar (Tony) my service specialist brought it to my attent scheduled oil change. It was discovered that there was an issue with the oil pan screw and Edgar (Tony) my service specialist brought it to my attention. He knew that I only take it to Baker so he got me the Nissan warranty to correct the fix of the issue. While the correction was being done Tony got me a rental car to get home and come back for my car. There were also a couple of recommendations he suggested but I will be taking care of those after 30,000 miles now at 26,500. Thank you Tony for your service and recommendations. More
