A Life Changing Experience. For months My sales rep Marquess had been marketing and we had a conversation about me buying my daughter a car. I explained to him that because of credit and life circumstances I didn't think we could have got approved for a "new" car. So fast forward nine months later I called him and said that we wanted to come and look. We went only to get a feel and perhaps "try". Well Mr. Smith made us feel welcome and he asked us questions and showed us the Altima. My daughter then said she wanted something more suitable for her budget. We were shown the 2014 Sentra. It only had 10 miles on it. We filled out the paper work to get financing and they didn't stop until they found us the best rate. I was treated fairly and with great respect by all of the Baker Nissan employees that I encountered. The process was made easy and most of all we were treated like valued customers. We only went to one dealership when looking to make our current car purchase. A process we assumed would take us to several dealerships. Baker Nissan was a one stop shop. We are proud to be part of the NIssan Family. More
