I had my Carnival in for a 24,000 mile check up. I told the guy (Marshall?) that I had to take my brother in law to the airport that afternoon. At nine am he said it should take about 2-2 1/2 hours. I told the guy (Marshall?) that I had to take my brother in law to the airport that afternoon. At nine am he said it should take about 2-2 1/2 hours. Ok. He came around a couple of times after two hours saying it was close to done. Then 20 minutes went by. Then another 15. I’m losing my window to get my brother in law. My guy is nowhere. Some other person looked for the paperwork. Finally found it. It had finished quite a while ago and was just sitting in the lot. Needless to say I was angry. It also was not the first time I was left hanging. I’m considering going elsewhere for my maintenance. More

Never go to this dealership. I took my car for a routine service, they messed up, refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing, my car was broken down for 7 weeks & 3 days. I currently have a case open with the attorney general office, and I'm hoping to get some type of resolution since the GM and service manager both are ignoring me. Dave Reali & Jim Almindo. They give zero effort towards customer care & satisfaction. More
