Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!I purchased a certified Stay away from this dealer!!!!!! I purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Kia Sportage on 9/30/21. Destination Kia gave me a "we owe" to repair the rea Stay away from this dealer!!!!!! I purchased a certified pre owned 2019 Kia Sportage on 9/30/21. Destination Kia gave me a "we owe" to repair the rear bumper, damage to the passenger rear quarter, small dent long rear door and install mud/splash guards. Appointment was made mid December, bumper and a small dent were repaired. Rear quarter not repaired, mud guards not installed. I had also requested an oil change, tire rotation, and check out a problem with the panic alarm. Service called my wife and said the car needed a 45K service and 4 wheel alignment and she gave them the OK to proceed. Now it really starts to get FUBAR. I purchased the car 9/30/21 with 40,725 miles. When I brought the car in I owned it for 73 days and drove 3,671 miles. When I purchased a certified pre owned Kia I assumed that any required maintenance beyond an oil change and tire rotation would be completed before my purchase. After 3,671 miles the air filter changed, 4 wheel alignment completed for $342.60!!! One would expect that that would have been done before my purchase. Service could not duplicate the panic alarm issue so they Disconnected The Remote Start!! I called service and collision department and left several messages with no response. The Receptionist at Destination Kia gave me the email for the internet sales manager. I emailed my complaints and got no response. I also called and left several messages for another manager and no response. I emailed my sales person and they did have service call me back. Service was going to reimburse me for the 45K service. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not seen any reimbursement. I did visit service and remote start has been reconnected. I did speak with the internet manager and they were going to "look at the records and call back. That was 10 days ago and still no call. Stay away. Promises broken. Calls never returned. More

Destination Kia is the only place to buy or service your vehicle. I bought my first brand new Kia Soul in 2016 from the sales person Josh Rousseau who was absolutely outstanding. Now its 2022 and I decide vehicle. I bought my first brand new Kia Soul in 2016 from the sales person Josh Rousseau who was absolutely outstanding. Now its 2022 and I decided to trade in my 2016 Kia and purchase a new 2022 Kia Soul and turns out Josh is now a finance manager, he got me a great rate, a good trade in price on my older vehicle and set everything up before I came in so I was in and out with my new car! This time around my sales person was Dillon Wagner and he was out standing as well. I had a lot of questions about the new car and Dillion was super knowledgeable and very friendly, he even called me a few days later after purchasing my new Kia to see how I was doing and if everything was to my liking to which it was. I also want to give a shout out to my man Marshall in the service department who is absolutely the best and one of the main reasons I continue to get my car serviced at destination Kia. I also don’t want to forget about Adam in financing he was great guy and Richard their shuttle driver who is Awsome as well. More
