Hi I'm Marshall! I'm a lifelong Subaru owner, now in my 6th, so I absolutely stand by the brand 100%. I started out with my first car; a 1987 GL Wagon that had 350k on the odometer by the time I upgraded. I now drive a 2007 Legacy Wagon with about 160k and my wife has a 2015 Outback! We have two young boys (7 and 9 y/o) and moved to Colorado from Oregon in the summer of 16'. I've been in customer service since I was 15 years old so naturally I take incredible pride in treating my customers with the highest level of respect, consideration and attentiveness. Easy to buy the car you want I had done some homework concerning what features I wanted in my new car. After scheduling a test-drive for later that week on the internet, I receiv I had done some homework concerning what features I wanted in my new car. After scheduling a test-drive for later that week on the internet, I received an email from Marshall. He was clear and helpful. We met Marshall at the test drive and it was PERFECT! He had a route designed that would show the features we wanted and what other features would make this car work for us. It was so easy to see what the Crosstrek had and how it would perform. It was easy to ask questions and share my concerns. I attribute the efficiency and ease of this purchase to Marshall and his being prepared with complete knowledge of the car and procedures for the purchase. He was clear and in contact for EVERY step of the process. Thank you Marshall! More

Excellent process-smooth purchase experience Just bought a 2018 Impreza sport for our son. The process was easy and smooth and Marshall was great. First saw him on a Saturday (the dealerships bus Just bought a 2018 Impreza sport for our son. The process was easy and smooth and Marshall was great. First saw him on a Saturday (the dealerships busiest day!) and his last customer went longer so he introduced me to Robert and we test drove some cars. Robert was great too. The following Saturday (with an appointment) we went back to narrow it down but this time Roberts last appointment went long, so Marshall helped us again. He was friendly and patient as we spoke about my son and mine difference of opinion in vehicles. He even spoke to the grandparents from CA on the phone since they were paying. He’s got quite a sense of humor that made the process enjoyable- had us all laughing. We Found the sport model we finally all agreed on, and reserved it. Everything was taken care of. He even came in on his day off because that was the only day that worked for us to purchase it. Marshall even remembered to take off the dealer sticker that I asked about in an earlier email. I will be going back to purchase our next car at Heuberger and hopefully with Marshall. Do make an appointment if it’s a Saturday. But then be patient if their other customer goes longer. They’ll give you the same care and attention too. More
