Hi I'm Marshall! I'm a lifelong Subaru owner, now in my 6th, so I absolutely stand by the brand 100%. I started out with my first car; a 1987 GL Wagon that had 350k on the odometer by the time I upgraded. I now drive a 2007 Legacy Wagon with about 160k and my wife has a 2015 Outback! We have two young boys (7 and 9 y/o) and moved to Colorado from Oregon in the summer of 16'. I've been in customer service since I was 15 years old so naturally I take incredible pride in treating my customers with the highest level of respect, consideration and attentiveness. Battery problem?? We purchased a used van from Heuberger Subaru. We did sign the no warranty paperwork. The next day it would not start. I just thought with a ne We purchased a used van from Heuberger Subaru. We did sign the no warranty paperwork. The next day it would not start. I just thought with a new car with all the electronics I had just left something on and run down the battery. Charged the battery and used it a few times. It would not start. Contacted Marshall G at Heuberger. He had us come in and check it out. It turned out it had a bad battery. They replaced it and sent us on our was. Was very happy with the service. PS I enjoyed a good cup of coffee as I waited. More

Great Experience! Purchased a 2020 Outback from these folks last week. Flew from Fort Wayne, IN to get it and drive it back, because the selection from dealers in the Midwest is so poor. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years of cars. Great staff, starting with Rick O'Donnell on their web portal, who was amazingly responsive, including before and after their business hours. Picked up at the Colorado Springs airport by their sales manager, Marshall Guffy, who is a great guy. The car transaction was smooth and painless, the PRICE was $3,000 less than anywhere in the Midwest, and the professionalism and kindness of their staff a nice breath of fresh mountain air! Don't buy a Subaru anywhere else, it's well worth the trip, and Colorado is beautiful. More

Great experience getting my "new" used Forester I was pleasantly surprised to have a low pressure sales experience and to find a great used Forester to replace my old 2003 Legacy Outback Suburu. The whole experience went smoothly, with some excellent help from Antonio. He helped me find just the right car and was very helpful. Buzz in Finance explained everything thoroughly and well, making that part of buying this car friendly and stress free. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

My new car I had my last car for 21 years. I loved that car. It was hard for me to agree with my husband that I needed a new car - before that one fell apart. I had my last car for 21 years. I loved that car. It was hard for me to agree with my husband that I needed a new car - before that one fell apart. But he ordered a new 2019 Subaru from Heuberger Subaru with the help of Marshall Guffy. I went for the second appointment to look at the Forester, pick the final options, and pick the color. Marshall explained the options and helped me choose the ones that I needed. The whole experience was efficient, thorough, and very helpful. The dealership was warm and welcoming from the friendly staff to the coffee bar to the huge inventory for me to inspect. It was a short time, but I was not rushed in any way. The final details were set and we were waiting for the 2019 models to arrive. Marshall kept us informed as the process went along and we were soon in possession of a beautiful new icy silver Forester. I have been driving it for about 2 weeks now and I am as in love with it already as I was my previous car.
