Hi! My name is Martene Hogan. I made the transition into the automotive business after 15 years in the restaurant industry, so customer service and taking care of my guests are my top priorities. After a horrible car accident forced me to find a new vehicle, I learned just how stressful the car buying process could be. My name is Bill Lozier and I recently purchased a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Sonata. After several months of shopping at other dealerships, I found it very frustrating to be handed off from the Salesper beautiful 2023 Hyundai Sonata. After several months of shopping at other dealerships, I found it very frustrating to be handed off from the Salesperson, to the Sales Manager, then to a different person. At Checkered Flag Hyundai world, it was an entirely different experience. My Saleswoman, Ms. Martene Hogan was with me from start to finish in the entire process. She was both my Saleswoman and Sales Manager. She showed me several different vehicles and was very patient with me. I never felt pressured into one vehicle or the other. We bought two cars from Checkerd Flag Hyundai World and Martene was our salesperson for both purchases.
