Hi! My name is Martene Hogan. I made the transition into the automotive business after 15 years in the restaurant industry, so customer service and taking care of my guests are my top priorities. After a horrible car accident forced me to find a new vehicle, I learned just how stressful the car buying process could be. I aim to provide a hassle free experience for all my guests by using Checkered Flag's FAST SIMPLE SMART process! When I'm not at work, I am spending time with my 3 rescue dogs- Luchi, Sadie, and Cici. I also manage a non-profit dog rescue called PAWS Wide Open Rescue. Car shopping with one of the best I went to Checkered Flag Hyundai and met with Martene to discuss buying a new SVU. She was so professional yet extremely personable and relatable! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Martene was awesome in every way! She was knowledgeable and answered every question. She wasn't ever pushy which is something I like. We were approached by one of the sales mangers (Ryan Garner) to ensure everything was going smooth and I informed him that she was very helpful and courteous. She was respectful to him as well. A true professional. Since I had the car that I came in and was buying a car from them, Mr. Garner and Martene decided that she would drive my (new to me) Accord to my house. What car dealership has ever done anything like that for me in the past? NONE! This experience was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. OUTSTANDING! More
