I bought an ioniq, and she was very knowledgeable with the product. The only downside about the dealership was the limitations my method of purchase. I think there was a maximum on the money I could use for debit card purchases. Ultimately, we were able to find a way to solve the issue. The warranty plans and the pick and choose method was great for knowing what you were getting with the warranties. Miss Martene was very helpful in relaying the proper information. I've been very happy with the experience so far. Transparency and relaxed atmosphere was great. Thank you for taking care of me and my concerns, especially well after the purchase was made. Martene was extremely helpful, when faced with difficulty of finding a NATO servicemen a vehicle to lease, she went above and beyond any expectation I had.
