I wanted to purchase a vehicle as I’ve been looking for awhile but as i was there browsing around i saw his name tag and i noticed Martin was helping another gentlemen and i observed him on his phone the e awhile but as i was there browsing around i saw his name tag and i noticed Martin was helping another gentlemen and i observed him on his phone the entire time which is very unprofessional. Great overall experience. My experience at Jerry Ulm was very good overall. We ran into a few hiccups along the way but Martin did his best to get them resolved. Closing was a real let down! I purchased a used car late on a Sunday. I agreed on price and signed, planning on returning next AM to complete sale. I was held waiting to get into I purchased a used car late on a Sunday. I agreed on price and signed, planning on returning next AM to complete sale. I was held waiting to get into finance office for over an hour. The car was ready to go, and so was my friend that drove me there from over an hour away. The delay caused us to drive home at rush hour, in a car that I wasn’t yet comfortable with (Challenger R/T Scatpack Shaker 6.4L...unbelievably perfect!). I asked for my $50 Visa gift card that was offered on Carfax for coming to test drive at your dealership... which led to sale! I was told that “it’s a lotta paperwork, and takes a long Time to fill it out, then you have to wait for it to Come in the mail. All while I was being delayed For that hour! I left there angry, hot, hungry and Just plain mad. I parked the car and didn’t even look at it for 2 days! But wait, there’s more! After the manager and I finished negotiating The price, the next day when I finally got into Finance office, I was told of remaining warranty, was given a low coverage option and A very expensive option or the remaining option of remaining factory warranty and lifetime drive train! The prices were so far separated and smaller font, you damned near missed them! Their were six to seven other Options, was told to sign where indicated, so we can get you out of here! That maneuver added thousands to my total! I still haven’t seen paperwork to know what I paid! Then I was handed a plastic chip (which I have no use for!). I asked To have it printed with paper and ink copy, and they said that the printer wasn’t working, but he promised to overnight express mail it to me. That was a was 3 days ago and I haven’t seen it Yet! So Mr. Jerry Ulm, I ask you, How can you make up to me the inconvenience of your team’s misdeeds? I gave you a great review on The first day, but next day doesn’t even have Anything good. Just typical dealership annoying crap! Thanks for listening, I look forward to your response. More

In and out in about 3 hours We explained what our usages for a Wrangler were. Martin helped to identify what we would make use of and he didn't oversell us. He identified inventory and the test drive was better than previous dealership test drives. The deal and finance experience was equally quick and worthwhile. The finance manager heard our reasons for wanting different warranty options and explained them thoroughly. I am happy with my purchase. More
