Volvo service in times of COVID-19 Precautions were taken by Culver City Volvo's associates from check in to Service Advisor to showroom reception. Martin took excellent care to expedit Precautions were taken by Culver City Volvo's associates from check in to Service Advisor to showroom reception. Martin took excellent care to expedite my service as I declined ride share due to the risk of exposure to COVID. Meaning I opted to "hang out" nearby until the car could be evaluated, repaired. Martin was kind and made sure to discuss all the repairs with me, including the costs. Thank you!! More
