Everyone went out of their way to take care of us. This is our second car from Gates, one used, this one new. We went to just look, after my wife's car was totaled. There was no pressure from Martin as This is our second car from Gates, one used, this one new. We went to just look, after my wife's car was totaled. There was no pressure from Martin as he went over the new cars and options with us. We returned a few days later intending to buy. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable and at ease. Martin spent a long time going over everything with my wife after the purchase to make sure she understood how her new car operated. He even helped load the app for the GPS into her phone. I could go on, but I will end saying they all did a great job and when another car is in our future we will definitely return and will recommend Gates to our friends. More

The atmosphere of service and friendliness is beyond reproach. My best experiences have been the last 2 vehicles I’ve purchased, 2016 Rogue and 2017 Murano (lease), with Martin Quinones. The sales experiences with Martin were the most outstanding for me at Gates, and, indeed, of all the other20-22 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 55 years. Furthermore, Martin was the only salesperson to reconnect with me from time to time, asking me if all was going alright with the vehicles, if I had any questions, and if there was anything he could do for me.
