Martin was straight to the point, no pressure, and asked what I was looking for. I originally wanted a Rav4, but after driving it felt a little too big and too much $$. I went with something a little smaller, and there was a corolla cross with very low mileage. There was none in stock and the ones coming were all reserved, and I didn't want to wait so I decided to snatch that one up. Paperwork was quick and everything was explained, and I appreciated the follow up he had after I purchased my vehicle checking in with me if everything was okay. Definitely, full service! More

I took delivery of a 2003 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid after 7 month of wait. The overall experience is fantastic and exceeded my expectation. I liked the fact that this dealership has no finance department. Ali Sheik and Martin Tamrazi made the entire process simple from start to finish. I spotted the perfect car on the lot as I was driving by at closing and returned the next morning to ask if it could be set aside for me to test drive later that day. Ali took care of all of the test drive paperwork so everything was ready to go when I came back for my appointment. I loved the car, and Martin made the closing process super easy by submitting all the finance documents directly to my credit union on my behalf saving me the time and effort of having to go to the bank the next day. Martin explained all the service package options, and there was never any pressure to buy. Ali went over all the car features and technology with me as much has changed since my last car purchase. I was pleased with the fair trade in value given for my old car, and left feeling very happy that I was able to buy a great car at a fair price with ease. Ali and Martin were professional and easy to work with every step of the way.
