I have a 2020 GMC Acadia. Engine light came on. Took it to our local repair shop. They said the code was P0019 and that should be covered under warranty so we should take it t Engine light came on. Took it to our local repair shop. They said the code was P0019 and that should be covered under warranty so we should take it to our dealer. We took it to Mike Juneau for service/warranty work. They said that yes, that code is coming up. However, the check engine light wasn't on when we brought it to the dealer for service so they said they couldn't fix it yet because it wasn't all the way failed. They said they would make a note that it was failing while still under warranty. When the light was on constantly to bring it in, and they could do the repair at that time. It would still be warranty work because we brought the problem to them while still within warranty miles. Well, the light is on constantly now. They are saying your out of the warranty so we can't do the repair as warranty work. What?! This is what they told us to do. Get everything in writing. Don't believe a word they say. Second Acadia we have owned that has had a major failure around 75,000 miles. More

He was the expert on the vehicle we were looking to purchase, and if he didn't know the answer to our question, he knew who to talk with to find the honest answer. He was very upfront on everything both positive and potentially negative about the vehicle we were purchasing, which was greatly appreciated. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle we were looking at, which was refreshing, as in the past, our experiences have not been the same. In the end, we were so impressed with how personal both the sales team and financial team were. We purchased our new vehicle and will definitely be purchasing vehicles in the future with Mike Juneau's outstanding team. More

I am updating my review from a previous review written when I was not a happy camper. I purchased a vehicle which was not gone through with a fine toothed comb in regard to cleanliness when I went to pick when I was not a happy camper. However in speaking with the general sales manager, Rick, he did apologize and made it good. I understand, life does happen. I would now give this dealership a 4, one star short of five simply because this shouldn’t have happened, however again, they did make it good.
