Exceptional Buying Experience! I contacted the dealership about a Honda Civic I was interested in that I found online. I left a message about availability. Marty called me in a very short time to set up a time for us to come look at the car. Marty had the car waiting out front for us when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Zimmerman Honda made the experience quick and painless. Marty Curry, our salesperson, went above & beyond when helping to choose a vehicle, no-pressure didn't feel rushed at all. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). The car was given a final cleaning in the service department and was waiting inside for us in their delivery area. Then Marty took the time to show us everything about the car, he was like a talking service manual and did not rush through it! I highly recommend Marty, and everyone else involved in a smooth operation. I would not hesitate to buy there again! Get customer service!! I had a hectic time getting a new car after mine being totaled from an accident that i was not at fault for. Found the 2014 Honda Accord online and fell in love with it! I emailed them right away and got a response back fast. Marty was such a great salesman! So honest and he has such a big heart! Blake and Jeff in finance were also amazing with helping me out! They all went above and beond what i was expecting them to do and got me into my new vehicle in 2 days (due to the bank not being cooperative) They were all so honest with me!
