Both of the cars I've purchased were low-mileage, used cars and I really felt like I got a good deal on both. Marty is fun to deal with, easy-going, no pressure and that's what I like. Blake made the finance process easy as it could be and we laughed through the entire transaction. But seriously, Zimmerman, get that guy a new printer! Poor guy had to fix paper jams about 5 times. 2017 Accord Purchase I recently accompanied my mother as she shopped for a new vehicle. Prior to visiting the dealership, I made an inquiry through the Zimmerman website and received a prompt reply regarding pricing and availability for a new Accord. I was able to set up a time for my mother and me to meet with Marty. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Marty was very knowledgeable and patient. He took a great deal of time to show us the various trim levels and explain the options. After providing a detailed quote, we were not pressured to make a decision. We left and returned later to finalize the deal. Marty again spent a great deal of time with us to assure my mother understood all of the features on her new Accord and was comfortable driving away in it. Very pleased to find that the website pictures and description of the vehicle were accurate, which isn't always the case at other dealerships. Fantastic Service from Marty and Zimmerman Honda! My husband and I are from Ohio. We were traveling through Moline Illinois for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle My husband and I are from Ohio. We were traveling through Moline Illinois for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle while we were traveling. But we looked at the inventory online (they had what we couldn't find in Cincinnati) and spoke with Marty while we were en route and he invited us to stop along the way. We were so impressed by the entire dealership (cleanliness, technology, greeters at the door, personnel, stock), but in particular with Marty. We ended up buying a Pilot that day because Marty was able to help make a deal that made us feel 100% comfortable. Marty was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and it helped us make our decision quickly. When we picked up the car, Marty walked us through all of the different parts/aspects of the car and he clearly had extensive knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to quickly and confidently answer ALL of our questions. Blake helped negotiate a great rate for the loan and quickly complete the paperwork. Although we were from out of state, Blake was able to take care of all of the Ohio paperwork, taxes, etc. And this was all done in an incredibly courteous and expeditious manner. Bottom line- I would recommend Zimmerman/ Marty to anyone. In fact, we are strongly encouraging the parents/in-laws to start buying their CRVs from Zimmerman. It was an excellent experience! Greatest salesman ever! Marty Curry has the patience of a saint, he worked with us answering questions etc. for over a month before we found the car we wanted. Each time we visited Zimmerman's lot Marty greeted us with a megawatt smile and great enthusiasm. He obviously loves his job and is a joy to work with. Marty made our car buying experience go quick and smooth. Luke Jewell handled the finance end and was also very good to deal with.This is our first Honda and our first time to deal with Zimmerman Honda. I hope dealing with the entire Zimmerman team is as excellent as dealing with Marty Curry was. More
