Overall I am pleased with my purchase, and the price, but was not personally satisfied with my service. I had used the online messaging service, which had paired me up randomly with Jason Grose as a salesman. My experience with Jason, was in general, fairly poor. Although he was very willing to work with me to find a low price, I felt he was very unprofessional and blithe. For instance, when test driving my Dodge, he told me that he believed the Charger and Challenger to be inferior to competitive cars. Also, when walking outside, he threw plastic onto the ground saying "we have people to clean that up, I'm just stimulating the economy." He also told me that he didn't really know anything about the cars themselves because there were just too many brands to have to memorize. He also forgot to have me sign some forms, so I had to come back twice after my initial purchase, which was very inconvenient. Although I made an appointment for both of those returns, he made me wait and was nowhere to be found by fellow employees. My experience, however, with Mary Knudsen, were overwhelmingly positive. He was incredibly professional and kind, as well as efficient. I felt no extraneous pressure to purchase anything I did not need, and he made me feel welcome. He worked hard to find a low rate for me, even with my little credit experience. Overall, I would recommend Golling because I did leave with a great deal on a great car, however I would recommend that if assigned Jason, you ask for a different salesperson. More

Rick is worth 5* across the board. The sales experience from start to finish was flawless except for one issue... This is the 1st ever lease vehicle I received without a full tank of gas. When I asked why, I was told there is a $20 limit on gas. Are you kidding me? Even when gas was $4/gallon, I got a full tank of gas. Had I known this, I would have negotiated this up front. Unbelievable! I will never return to Golling unless Rick is still there. Next time, I will make sure to negotiate a full tank of gas... More

He followed up with a quick phone call to get a few more things he needed to start the process and his next question was "when did I want to pick up my new car", I was impressed with the quick service. Everything was ready by the time I came into the dealership. Marty was very kind and helpful with the finances and before I knew it I was signing the papers. Jimmy was funny and kept us laughing through our whole visit. I appreciated the open communication and honesty with everything. I loved how he went with us in the car and explained all the features including connecting the phone and music. He kept asking if I had questions and said if I have any questions after I leave to please give him a call, no matter what the question may be. The dealership was very clean and I loved how friendly everyone was to us. The work environment was positive and definitely a place I will come back to and recommend my family and friends to if they need a vehicle. Thank you for the wonderful experience! More

I researched the vehicles in Stock thru their Dealer website to find the right vehicle for our family, looked up what the Trade In was worth and then headed to the Dealership after receiving emails from the Sales Manager as well as a Sales Associate. The way that I was treated by everyone was really "Putting the Customer First." I recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle. More
