The internet sales team - Samantha - was a tremendous help in the first contact with Phillips via phone and email. When we arrived, the salesteam was helpful and directed us to the internet sales manager. He welcomed us to the dealership and directed us to Marty McKenna for the remainder of the purchase. Marty was extremely helpful and dedicated to ensuring our buying experience was seamless. We appreciate his diligence in ensuring the vehicle we wanted was in stock and walked us through the whole process including the test drive, reviewing the options in the Tahoe. He also has gone out of his way to work with our local dealership in arranging the final installation of items needed for the vehicle. We would recommend Phillips to anyone who asks!
