My overall interaction with sales was AWESOME! In contrast, my experience with the Finance department was negatively noteworthy. The financing agent named Mike (from Jerusalem) caused me to doubt my finance agreement. Mike's performance and lack of integrity were regrettably UNPROFESSIONAL and FRAUDULENT! He did not explain the additional itemized cost at the end of the agreement...AT ALL! More
