"The most frustrating experience"
I have been trying to get a price quote from these folks for over two weeks now. First, there was AJ, an internet sales consultant, that gave me the run around for the better part of a week asking me when I would come up and see them. I finally called and spoke with AJ, told him I had a quote from another dealer and I'd like to see what they could do. AJ then put me in touch with Marvin who proceeded to ask me a bunch of irrelevant questions (via email).
I finally said to Marvin, you have the quote I provided AJ, do you want to try to beat it? He assured me that was the case and I could expect a quote from him shortly. A week or so later and I am still waiting.
Complete waste of time. If you are going to have an internet department then it really should be a no brainer getting quotes to interested parties. If I could have given them 0 stars as a rating for my customer experience, I would have.
At least Bill Igbal reached out to me, but it was too late. Frankly, I'd rather walk then turn over any of my hard earned money to this group. There are plenty of other dealers out there and if Mazda Lake Lanier keeps this kind of behavior up with other customers, they won't be around for long
