Anthony a. k.a. Buckets and Randy were awesome to work with! There was no pressure or up-sell from Buckets. He helped us with what we wanted and not what might h k.a. He has some amazing life stories and was awesome with our daughter, who can be a bit shy at first. We made Randy earn his keep that day, and it was a Monday, but he was there for us 100%. He took every question and stipulation I had and worked it out for us to make sure we had the right deal for our family! We left Courtesy feeling better than we went in. Not only because we had a new car, but because we knew we had two amazing employees that were there for us and went to bat for us on that new car!!! We will go out of our way and drive past 20+ other dealers for Buckets and Randy at Courtesy!
