I gave the rating because while I was looking and trying to choose a car, I got excellent customer service. I was offered water and was given a tour of the building, so that I would know where everything we to choose a car, I got excellent customer service. This was the best experience I have had with any dealership in trading for a new vehicle. The courteous staff and care they showed for understanind our needs was oustanding. We had a bad experience at another dealership. I called Vann York and spoke with Marvin Richardson. I told him that my wife and I were looking at the Toyota Sienna and told him what we needed and what we Vann York and spoke with Marvin Richardson. I told him that my wife and I were looking at the Toyota Sienna and told him what we needed and what we didn't need. He got me in touch with Jimmy Farsac and we negotiated on the trade in. There was no negotiation on the price of the van because we used a Costco incentive which put us around $400 under invoice. The negotiation was pain free. The initial offer was a bit low for me but when I told them what I wanted for a deal to happen, they did not counter. We were able to get a payment under what we were already paying for our old car and had a better interest rate through Toyota. We also purchased GAP insurance and extended the warranty to 120,000 miles. That was all we wanted and financing did not try to push anything else on us which was refreshing. We had a great experience with Vann York Toyota and would not hesitate to tell others about the dealership. Everyone from sales to financing was very helpful and informative. I would buy another car from this group in the future. More

Fred was excellent. I had questions, he got answers. I didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. When purchasing the car I had to wait for one of the managers to get out of a meeting to finish some pap didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. When purchasing the car I had to wait for one of the managers to get out of a meeting to finish some paper work. That took longer than I would have liked, but I believed them when they apologized for wasting my time. The first time I was there looking at cars I talked to Fred for quite a while and was very pleased with his service. Before I could leave one of the sales managers (Marvin) wanted to speak with me, and was very pushy to get me to buy the car right that moment. This was very disappointing after my wonderful experience with Fred. I almost walked out at that point, but overall I enjoyed the experience and working with Fred, he needs to keep his sales manager away though. I would purchase from him again. More

Wayne Millican & Marvin Richardson were excellent to work with. I have purchased vehicles from Vann York Toyota before and have worked with both gentlemen previously. They are always gracious and accomo work with. I have purchased vehicles from Vann York Toyota before and have worked with both gentlemen previously. They are always gracious and accomodating. It is rare in today's market to find professionals that truly know the product that they are selling and will go out of their way to see that you are treated fairly and provided with the vehicle with the features desired. Many dealers will only sell what they have available. Vann York had a 2011 Camry XLE just like we wanted, but it was the wrong color. Marvin found what we wanted at another dealer and had it on site the next day. It actually had a few more features, but the price did not change. That's customer service! Thanks guys, great job! My wife is happy with her new Camry so I'm happy. We will not hesitate to recommend Vann York Toyota to friends & family. More

Terrance & Marvin were GREAT! I appreciate how I was entrusted to take a Camry home not once, but twice overnight to see if I REALLY liked the car other than just for it's looks. I've owned 2 cars in my life & they were both Nissans (Altima & Maxima). I test drove the Nissans and wasn't pleased, so now this former 'Nissan Girl' is now a 'Toyota Gal' and I'm happy. Terrance stayed in touch with me, was VERY ATTENTIVE and really kept in touch with me and called me the evening after I test drove the Nissans - i was given the opportunity to take the next level up Camry home for the night to be sure if I still liked it, which I fell in love with it & the next day bought a Camry. He really made me feel comfortable and I he didn't fast talk me - the pressure was a friendly pressure, not an 'I'm desperate to sell you a car' pressure - he was very patient & when something was wrong with a gap on the door, he took care of that & kept me informed as far as what the problem was & asked if I had the time for them to fix it right then & there. Marvin found out & filled up my car with gas for my inconvenience. I really feel like they appreciated my business. Thanks to Marvin & Terrance they're the best! More
