normal maintenance The ford crown vic needed a new battery and oil change as it had been sitting for a long time. I went in to get the battery and was almost immediately The ford crown vic needed a new battery and oil change as it had been sitting for a long time. I went in to get the battery and was almost immediately waited on. The car was taken back in just a few minutes They changed the oil and replaced the battery. Just a few minutes later the car was waiting to go home. More

I just don't get any better. Mary Lata deserves 10 stars out of 5! Not only did Mary effortlessly handle my 60,000 mile service but my Auto Butler service also. She went beyond Mary Lata deserves 10 stars out of 5! Not only did Mary effortlessly handle my 60,000 mile service but my Auto Butler service also. She went beyond what I expected by making sure all my new email and snail mail addresses were updated on the Bozard site but on the Auto Butler site as well. I had numerous service advisors in the past and all were good; however, I feel Mary just went beyond what was expected of her. She also gave me her secret bug removal method which I'll keep as our secret. If you need to know - one will have to ask Mary for her secret. More
