Their online inventory accurately reflects their in person inventory. They want you to buy a car but they want you to buy the RIGHT car! No pressure experience :) Their service department is the bees knees too. Finance was also very respectful and did not push us to pursue any extended warranties. Everyone was receptive to answering our questions and courteously showing us various options, More

The service was performed quickly and to my delight and surprise we were "comped" on the service. Apparently it was our 5th service and when you have four services done, you receive the fifth free - awesome! I was also told I had a credit balance in my member advantage program which will easily cover one or two more services going forward. A pleasant surprise to receive a no cost "Works" service and totally unexpected! Dr. Bob Jacksonville, FL More

The bar has just been raisededib My wife and I rarely buy vehicles anymore simply because they are so incredibly expensive and the process can be so daunting. That was until we came a My wife and I rarely buy vehicles anymore simply because they are so incredibly expensive and the process can be so daunting. That was until we came across Bozard Ford in St. Augustine, Florida. I made an initial phone call and had a very productive conversation with Lee Brewer in Sales. In a surprising twist, I had a 2nd gentleman (Alex Allison, Sales) contact me to answer even more questions and facilitate our trade considerations . Where all former interactions in other dealerships had been incredibly "turf sensitive", this seemed to be a collective effort from Bozard Ford to actually meet our needs, Could this be? We packed a bag and headed South to find out. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alex and he gave us the tour of the facility and had our vehicle gassed up and ready for a test drive. Since it was raining when we arrived, Alex had our new vehicle parked in a covered area so we didn't get wet! With ongoing assistance from Alex, Wyll Dickinson, Finance Manager and Tom Reinard Sales Manager, a lifetime of bad experiences quickly became a thing of the past. I have been buying vehicles for some 40 years and I have NEVER had an experience such as the one I had here. From inception, it seemed different, throughout, it felt different and in the end, we found that it was different. In every single conversation, all the way through closing, we had absolutely no pressure but instead, we were treated with extraordinary respect and a genuine appreciation for our business. Moreover, we were treated as friends. We even needed some service work on our new vehicle and Mary Lata of Quick Lane saw to it that even this was taken care of. Bozard Ford of St. Augustine is not the closest dealer to our home. In fact, it is over an hour away. But I do not see buying another vehicle from anyone else in this lifetime. Spectacular job y'all. I cannot thank you enough! . "Evil triumphs when good men and women stand idly by and do nothing". Doing something. Salt Water Witness More

Prices were go I went to the Quick Lube center for an oil change and rotate. I had never been there before. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices were good I thought. They even washed and vacuumed my car!!! Why only three stars? Well, in the service bay, there must have been a mishap of some sort and my car door took a good sized ding and paint damage. I did not notice this until I arrived home but I know my car and the damage was not there when I arrived at the Quick Lube center. Accidents happen I know, but nobody manned up about it. It was a big enough ding with paint damage that whoever did it would have most certainly been aware they did it. I did notify the dealership about it but never heard a word back (Very disappointing). Would have been 5 stars, even with the accident, had they just been forward about what happened. More
