Came in on the first of the year looking for mid sized suv. No hassles, test drove the suv we liked right away, and got a great price we were not expecting. As I said goodbye to one on my most beloved cars, the Volvo XC 70, I was gifted with having the most competent sales person walk me through the acquisition of a new car. The sales process was extremely fast, and I drove out of the dealership with a well-suited vehicle. Mary's professionalism and knowledge expedited the process. Her patience was greatly appreciated!! The staff members I interacted with during this process were friendly, professional and very accomodating. And, staying true to St. Petersburg dog-friendly reputation, when I brought my dog Bailey into the showroom, the staff greeted him with water, hugs, pet stories and kindness.
