Great customer service from Mary My wife and I are new to the Volvo brand but wanted to get a reliable station wagon. We came to Crown Volvo by accident thinking that a used 2013 XC7 My wife and I are new to the Volvo brand but wanted to get a reliable station wagon. We came to Crown Volvo by accident thinking that a used 2013 XC70 that we saw advertised online was there, but it actually was at a nearby partner Acura dealer. Sales consultant Mary Mattingly went over to the Acura dealer to bring the car we were interested in to us. She then took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. She wound up spending about the entire day with us. Even though there were a few other cars on our list to check out nearby, the fact that the car at Crown had been serviced there for its entire life and that Crown would extend the power-train warranty to 100,000 miles (an additional 40,000) convinced us to look no further. All the people we interacted with there were extremely helpful and nice. Bill in financing was also very pleasant to work with and made a complicated process easy. They clearly care about their reputation and look to meet customer needs. That they have a number of other partner dealers throughout Florida, including close to us in Tallahassee, gives us confidence that our car will be well taken care of while we have it. The one hiccup with our experience was that there was one mismatched tire with less tread than the others. Crown was willing to throw in two new tires for free but we had to wait until the next day for the tires to be put on the car. We came from a distance and had to return the next day to pick up the car once the tires had been replaced. That said, Mary did everything she could to get us the car as soon as possible, kept us in the loop the whole time, and in the end having the peace of mind of all good, balanced tires was well worth the wait and the trip. We look forward to getting to know our Volvo and working with Crown in the future. More

Volvo XC 60 Recently went to the Volvo dealership in Clearwater with my fiancé who already owns a Volvo and dipped my toe in the Volvo driving world. I had a Mazd Recently went to the Volvo dealership in Clearwater with my fiancé who already owns a Volvo and dipped my toe in the Volvo driving world. I had a Mazda CX 5 grand touring and I really didn’t need a new car at this time.. However, my fiancé had encouraged me to look at the XC because of its high safety ratings. Our three year plan includes starting a family so safety is a priority. Mary Mattingly was our sales person and from the moment we met she impressed me with her knowledge of the car. She helped me narrow down the decision between the 2018 Volvo XC 60 R design versus the 2018 Volvo XC 60.. The XC 60 with the R design is a sportier version and a little classier looking in my opinion. I would highly suggest using Mary when looking into buying or leasing a car. It’s nice to deal with someone who works with your crazy schedule and makes herself available. In fact, she even drove to the hospital to get some paperwork done with my fiancé as his schedule is even worse. That’s impressive to me and I appreciate the customer service. I am not the kind of a person to purchase a car from someone I don’t find to be extraordinary. So there you have it, Mary’s Mattingly is an extraordinary sales person and that is why we have now purchased two cars with her. Therefore, you should give her a call if you’re considering a Volvo :-) I would highly suggest the car I ended up getting. In addition to the great experience with Mary, we also dealt with a wonderful gentleman in finance by the name of Bill. He made the paperwork experience painless. Last but not least, the manager Derrick was very professional as well and helped us find a person to tint our windows to give us a higher level of protection. Thank you again Mary, Derrick, and Bill for the great experience at Volvo. More
