We had our 2004 XC90 serviced there when we first moved here after looking at two other dealers and finding that this service department was the best. We bought an XC90 in 2011 there and had it serviced over the past years, with the service staff listening to us, explaining and making sure we were satisfied. We just leased a 2017 XC90 and found the sales staff more than competent, in fact truly exceptional, listening to us, answering our questions and taking the time to explain and making sure we understood the new technology. The Bottom Line is that the service and sales are truly exceptional exceeding our expectations and s3tting a standard for service and sales that other dealers would do well to emulate. More
