However, Derrick, Hume and Mary are so amazing to work with and make the experience so enjoyable. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. They take their sales jobs very seriously but they do it without high pressure which is much appreciated. Brian in service is also great to work with and very professional. Also, Deborah, although I did not interact with her on this vehicle yet....she has always been great! I have leased several vehicles from this location and all of the people mentioned above have always gone above and beyond. More

Happy New CPO XC70 Owner and Happy Crown Customer! I had the most delightful experience with Ms. Mary Mattingly about two years ago, when I stopped by Crown Volvo to preview the V90 Cross Country. Litt I had the most delightful experience with Ms. Mary Mattingly about two years ago, when I stopped by Crown Volvo to preview the V90 Cross Country. Little did I know it would be a Car relationship that would continue to grow over the years. A Crown Jaguar customer since, 2009, I was familiar with the Crown way but was very impressed with the knowledge and service, and down to earth hospitality provided by Mary. On the initial visit, I did not make a purchase, despite being blown away with the leap in quality and styling of Volvo, because I was turned off by the level of electronics and everything being done through the touch screen, without any buttons. I found myself a 2010 XC90 V8 at another dealer as my secondary car and ended up leasing my fourth Jaguar. I saw Mary several times on service visits with the XC90 and was always greeted by name, discussed my cars and our mutual passion for cars, developing a friendly bond. By chance, I saw a 2016 unit on the Crown Pre-Owned site while booking a service visit for my Jaguar. It was a 2016 CPO Volvo XC70 T5 AWD white wagon. My dream car! I had Mary’s number in my iPhone and texted her about the unit. She still remembered me as if it was my first visit. We made an appointment for Saturday June 22nd at 9:45 AM. Upon pulling up, I saw the XC70 with a Reserved for VIP Gregg sign hung around the rear-view mirror. WOW! Mary came out and greeted me, she took the keys and info on my XC90 and began the trade in analysis, while we got familiar with the XC70, taking a test drive and then talking figures. At first, we were far apart, and various managers came in to play the car dealer shuffle. Ultimately, we settled on a price and moved forward with the purchase. I had stated, I had not planned to buy the car today, didn’t bring my checkbook, title, or the extra key for the XC90. Mary assured me we could work it all out that day right then. I even stated, I didn’t bring a lunch. So, she went and bought me lunch! Who does that? Let alone a car dealer. Mary does! I love my last of an era classic Volvo wagon and I love Mary like a family member! If you are in the market for a new or Pre-owned Volvo go, see her and be amazed. She is not only pleasant, but efficient, and always on the go to make things happen. I was shocked to hear that Crown Volvo does not detail CPO or used cars. Mary went and ran it through the washer, and scrubbed the rims herself, even applying tire shine. Who does that? Mary does! If I am ever in the market for another Volvo, I will be sure to look up Mary, as I advise you to as well. Although, I really am planning on keeping my last of the classic Volvo wagons for many years to come. The only improvement I could say for Crown Volvo is to have CPO or Pre-owned cars fully detailed and showroom ready and fill the gas tank. Yes, the last part seems so trivial, but I have never bought or leased a new or used car without a full tank of gas. Sadly, Hazel, that’s my new wagons name only came with half a tank. Improvements for Mary, its hard to build on perfection. She knows her business, knows customer attention, and sweats all the details so you don’t have to…Seriously.
