Excellent Service from Brian Tessitore on my XC90 V8 I bought a used XC90 V8 from another dealer that had some issues. He provided a service loaner since it was going to take longer than expected with parts to order. The issues were fixed correctly and the vehicle was ready the next day. It appears Brian is wearing many hats at the dealer and performed all roles exemplary. I feel confident the issues are fixed and will use Crown Volvo again for my service needs. I also was very impressed with the Service Tech who worked on my car. He could have been my Grandpa and seemed to really have attention to detail. I understood from speaking to Mary in Sales that many of the Service Techs are Master Technicians who have been at this dealer for decades. Refreshing to know. Thanks! More

As promised there was NO PRESSURE, only explations & answers to our questions. I'm so Happy we came here to buy our suv. The service incredible the staff was A+. No pressure how wonderful. Best part this deal wasn't a 12 hour break you down. Was straight forward no pressure. I will surley tells friends family & others looking for an honest car buying experince.
