We moved to another part of the state but refuse to deal with any Volvo dealership but Crown, particularly for any service. Brian in the service area has gone above and beyond more times for us. There are several Volvo dealers much closer, but Mary in Sales and Brian in the service department have been the two reasons for driving the hour and a half for sales and service. We have owned two XC90’s and leased two XC90’s since 2004, the last three from Crown, and expect when this lease is up, we’ll be back there. More
