More Than I Imagined I arrived at the dealership interested in a Jeep. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, but didn't know what would fit my style. Linda went I arrived at the dealership interested in a Jeep. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, but didn't know what would fit my style. Linda went over a couple different options, listened to all of my needs then we viewed a Jeep Cherokee. The only thing the vehicle did not have was a tow hitch, which was necessary for me. She assured me that we can always add a hitch to it and it could all be done right at Haasz. We sat on the price for a day before letting Linda know we would take the Jeep. When we arrived at Haasz to sign the paperwork, Mary had it already prepared and we were in and out of finance in about 15 minutes. Nikki went over the car with me before we left the lot and covered all the features I would need to know, as well as helping me setup Uconnect. Because we needed to add the hitch on, we had to wait a few days so all the parts could come in. I picked up the car on 8/15 and I received a call from service informing me they were in already on 8/17. I'm taking the car in tomorrow to get the hitch installed. Overall my experience was amazing. More

Well we went back in March to get my husband a Jeep we saw and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I was married to a car dealer - I know the tricks - and there we were again with the same old BS and lies. Today my husband went to get his oil changed (John told us he'd get free oil changes) and they told him no, it would be $36. Really? Why would ANYONE drive that far when promised a free oil change? Ridiculous. John promised we'd get low financing and promised certain payments - NOPE didn't happen. In FACT I HAD TO GO TO MY BANK and get a quote for the rate I wanted and the haggle with finance to get that rate (honestly looking back I should have gone with my bank). These are the reasons people hate car dealers. I would have bought from Josh again (well except he's gone now), but John - NO Thank you! We will not be going back to HAASZ for cars or service. It's just not worth my time or money... and it's too bad because we have 2 teenage daughters that will need cars soon. More

My husband and I are very happy with Jordan and the dealership so glad my father-in-law told me to go there. I know I wouldn't have gotten that service from a dealership around us. The dealership my daughter got her Dodge Dart from in Austinton,Ohio last April was terrible they made the whole experance of getting her first new car terrible. Willing to work with you I traded in a fairly new vehicle because I needed a bigger one. I knew I was going to have some negative equity and I was afraid I was going to not be I traded in a fairly new vehicle because I needed a bigger one. I knew I was going to have some negative equity and I was afraid I was going to not be able to get into the vehicle I wanted to. Not only was I able to get into the vehicle I wanted to but they were able to keep my payment close to what I wanted and threw in a few extra things without making the payment noticeably higher. I highly recommend people going here when shopping for a Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler! More
