Lo and behold I was treated like royalty even with my well loved 12 year old CR-v hoopty with over 100000 miles. I was in 30 minutes early for the appointment and they got started anyway. My kid was thrilled with all the snacks and free WiFi and the young lady who took care of me was SO nice. I'll be back to this dealership for my high mileage inspection. You can't beat the free car wash they give everyone either. 💯 More

We have always gotten good service when we had an oil change or any other maintenance required on our vehicles. When ready to finance our new Odyssey Mark McCormick was great to help us get the best rate we could from Honda. I would definitely recommend the Murfreesboro dealership when purchasing your next vehicle More

2018 Accord Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. Mary was great at taking time to let me drive several vehicles and pointing out the feature Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. Mary was great at taking time to let me drive several vehicles and pointing out the features of each. The only negative was the closing time at finance time. I don't need the "make them say no 3 times before moving on". I did not appreciate the pressure to purchase the extended warranty, when the customer gets to the point of completing the financing they don't need a continual push to spend more especially when the product offered is about 80% too high and it is my personal time being consumed. More

Efficient I went there to purchase a car. I had several conversations over e-mail before, but they wouldn't give me a price. I wasn't sure what their price wa I went there to purchase a car. As typical, they started high and we started low...ultimately I cam out of there paying what I wanted and getting a few extra perks as well. I felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire process. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but was able to secure it and get it to the dealership the next day! More
