I was introduced to Auto Web Expo by a neighbor and friend. I was told that I would be treated well. Ali Hussain was not our sales associate but I want to mention him by name. He went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I. The rest of the staff were great as well. The finance manager mad mention him by name. He went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I. The rest of the staff were great as well. The finance manager made sure we had the best deal seeing it was my daughters first time to purchase a vehicle. I really felt like they cared about our needs and making sure we were happy. My experience was outstanding byfar the greatest lot on DFW, they got me approved and out in a new car in less than an hour! My boyfriend bought a car for me for Christmas and had it shipped to Ga. 2 months later and the title work is still sitting on the title clerks desk. I don't have a tag, cannot register the car and won't b shipped to Ga. 2 months later and the title work is still sitting on the title clerks desk. I don't have a tag, cannot register the car and won't be able to continuing driving without a tag. Ga DMV has a fine of about $200 for not registering within 30 days. Guess we got screwed on that too! Oh, and I called the so called manager yesterday and she was going to find out what was going on and handle it. Guess what? She doesn't return calls either. Don't buy from these people. They are xxxx poor at doing business. More
