Felt rushed and overcharged. Information was left off paperwork per dealership. They did not listen to when I gave them explicit instructions. Tried charging me for a plate I Information was left off paperwork per dealership. They did not listen to when I gave them explicit instructions. Tried charging me for a plate I didt need. After I kept asking , why I couldn’t use my existing plate. Per DMV, they had to void the new plate 3 different times. So 3 times they screwed up on the same thing. Still waiting on a refund. Was avoided when trying to call and get things straightened out. Put the wrong address on the title and registration, after I said which address to use. No, not happy. I have bought 3 vehicles from here. Not again. Have a good day. More

Vanessa was great! !! She gave me a quote, told me the options and we worked from there. Had a quote from a 3rd party vendor who told us it would be much more and requ !! She gave me a quote, told me the options and we worked from there. Had a quote from a 3rd party vendor who told us it would be much more and required replacement of all rotary. They only needed to be resurfaced which saved $600. More

Entire staff that we met were very helpful. Caleb paired us with Lance and he was very informative and left us to look at the vehicle and ask any questions. .. I have been a customer for 7 years. Always treated with respect courteousness. Excellent customer service. However I purchased an Extended Warranty which causes irritation on both ends, this doesn't r with respect courteousness. Excellent customer service. However I purchased an Extended Warranty which causes irritation on both ends, this doesn't reflect on the employees, but they must with us who purchased Extended warranties and require all what we paid for. Again, the customer service is excellent! Warranties should Not be hundreds of dollars if you must fight for every little thing what you paid for! What made you Great was the little extras you use to provide. Enough said..I LOVE my Maxima and the quality service especially if we still have to pay for the warranty. I still have to go elsewhere to have other things done..a over 50. More
