We still aren't sure what the former status of the vehicle is, as we were told it was a "loaner", "new" and "taken in from someone at The Villages" turned out it's a used truck. The major disappointments were the incentives we were told applied for the truck sale, turned out that none applied once we began working on the deal. Individuals on the phone should have and know factual information when speaking with potential clients. This especially applies to potential clients which drive more than an hour from out of town to purchase a vehicle and then find that none of the information provided actually applied. More

Overall Service form the first day I came into the dealer. Was met by Mason. Caleb was my sales associate. Caleb knows the product probably from front to back better than anyone.
