Service has always been decent. The facility is clean and nice, which helps, but again, nothing that sets it apart from any other dealership. I will say, the wait time is getting longer and longer. I had a nice, which helps, but again, nothing that sets it apart from any other dealership. I will say, the wait time is getting longer and longer. I had an 11:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:35 and checked in. My service advisor came and spoke with me around 11:45 am regarding my vehicle and said it was just about finished. My vehicle was not ready until 12:40 pm. Over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation? I think I’m going to have to find another place to use. Sorry, Silsbee Toyota, I don’t have that kind of time to waste. More
