Its getting so hard and dreadful to buy a car anymore if you are really trying to find the best price. The games so many dealers play is exhausting and insulting sending you a price, so inflated with hidden you are really trying to find the best price. I had begun my process by sending requests for best out the door price from about 10 or 12 different dealers when I decided to purchase my new Honda civic. Shottenkirk Honda immediately stood out of the pack. As soon as they knew what I wanted and details about my trade they promptly came with a clear and transparent offer. While it did include some extras I was not interested in they offered me a really fair offer for my trade. After a quick counter they came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. I was so happy I no longer needed to play the sales games with the other dealers anymore. Bottom line is this dealership is run right and it shows. KASTEN and AUSTIN were fantastic. Coming from a car guy who had purchased more cars than I should admit, ive been through this process probably 20 or more times in dealers all over the country. This was honestly one of the quickest, smoothest, pain free car buying experiences ive ever had. The vibe in dealing with the people here reminded me of the good ol days where there was genuine sincerity and transparency in the hand shake. The kind if deal where everything just falls into place like it was meant to be. Thank you shottenkirk Honda, Kasten, and Austin. Yall are a class act. I look forward to referring everyone I know to your store and hope to buy another vehicle from yall in the future! More
